Florian Fischer

Florian Fischer is an experienced expert in media education and data protection, with in-depth knowledge of digital media communication. Born in 1986 in Magdeburg, he studied media education at Otto von Guericke University, earning his Bachelor of Arts in 2013 and his Master’s degree in 2017. From an early age, he discovered his passion for web design and launched his first online projects.
Since 2019, he has been actively involved with Round Table Germany, promoting professional exchange and supporting social initiatives.
With his extensive experience in digital transformation, Florian combines media education expertise with practical online skills. His goal: to position businesses securely and successfully in the digital world.
Anne-Marie Richter

Anne-Marie Richter is an experienced digital marketing specialist with a master’s degree in online communication from Anhalt University of Applied Sciences. With a strong focus on performance marketing, she develops and optimizes campaigns on Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and Meta. Her expertise also includes on-page SEO, social media management, and data-driven audience and competitor analysis.
With her experience in controlling and KPI reporting, she ensures that marketing initiatives deliver measurable results and contribute to long-term business growth.
Since 2022, she has been working as a Project Manager for Online Marketing at ffmedia, helping businesses establish a strong digital presence through strategic planning and creative approaches.
Genc Emini
Genc Emini is a skilled SEO Manager and WordPress Developer with a strong background in digital marketing, web development, and business strategy. Originally from Kosovo, he earned his BSc from the University for Business and Technology (UBT) in Prishtina. He also holds a master’s degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Pisa in Italy.
Now contributing his expertise at FFMedia in Magdeburg, Genc specializes in SEO, digital marketing, and WordPress web development, helping businesses build a strong online presence. His analytical mindset and hands-on approach allow him to develop growth-driven strategies, optimize websites, and create high-performing digital solutions that drive measurable success.
Fluent in Albanian, English and Italian, he is currently learning German as a new language to expand his communication skills even further. Beyond his professional work, he enjoys photography, traveling, and reading, always seeking inspiration from different cultures and perspectives.
